Try to keep things in perspective. For example, final exams may be a very big deal, but you will not perform well if you let yourself become overwhelmed with worrying! What helps me when I start to get too stressed is talking it out with my parents. They help me see things in a new light, and I can let go of a little bit of that stress. Once my mind is no longer focused on my worries, I can focus on getting things done and tackle those big projects in my classes!

I start studying ahead of time, this prevents me from having an anxiety attack . Being a full time student, ive realized that its all about TIME MANAGEMENT. So take a breather, balance out studying and reward yourself every now and then. Be optimistic, you will do great and study alot! :)
    Goodluck!!!!!
