GenTX Day
GenTX Day is Friday, May 3rd, 2013
GenTX Day celebrates and congratulates the students of Generation TX—especially graduating seniors. As students take their next steps towards realizing their futures, communities across Texas are coming together to applaud their successes and support them as they go on to college and begin career training. Highlights from GenTX Day 2013 coming soon!
Wear a College T-shirt AND Take A Step!

Wearing your favorite college T-shirt is fun and easy to do, and when we all do it together we send a powerful message. A united community is also one that works together to take action for the future.
So for GenTX Day this year, everyone is joining together to support college enrollment in their community. Whether you’re a student or community leader, put your belief into action. Take a step for yourself. Or help someone else take the step to achieve a higher education.
So Take A Step on GenTX Day.
Get your friends and family to join in with you to do one of 3 things:
- Fill out a college application.
- Take a college tour
- Be a college mentor
Show an entire community’s support for higher education and for the Generation TX movement!
