I have always had a passion for learning. My education to this day has shaped my life in every way. Being a first generation college student has given me extra ambition to pursue higher education. My interest in learning about society and its internal connections led me to choosing my major in Marketing and Management. Once I obtain my undergraduate degree, I plan to go to grad school for my MBA. I hope to set my career in social media or web marketing.

The role of education is crucial. College will give you life-long skills that will always serve you. College also propels our society and our generation forward.

Don't give up. As cliche as it may sound, this really is applicable in any case. Never settle for less than your goals and keep moving forward.

I believe Generation TX has the potential to make a huge impact. It offers great resources to both students and parents. It definitely prioritizes its students in providing opportunities for success.

I hope to be able to make a difference in our generation. I want to see more Texas students pursuing higher education and being successful in their lives.
